The Office for Contracts and Grants supports a culture of intellectual curiosity and scholarly activity at GCU. Our goal to encourage and support scholarship by providing services to help faculty, students, and administrators obtain external support for their instructional, research, public service, and scholarly activities. 

The Office of Contracts and Grants works with investigators during the submission of sponsored project proposals on behalf of the University, and with post-award management and reporting.

Services provided include:  

• Researching prospective sponsors
• Providing guidance on sponsor and University requirements
• Grant application and contract proposal Development Developing a Proposal
• Budget development and review 
• Submittal assistance 
• Contract review, negotiation, and acceptance
• Subrecipient agreement development, negotiation, and acceptance
• Post award management and reporting
• Award compliance
• Financial reporting
• Acting as a liaison with sponsor contract/financial representatives
